Do you really know Leonardo da Vinci?

As part of the year “Viva Leonardo da Vinci! 500 years of Renaissance (s) in Center Loire Valley “, Marie-Pierre Terrien, historian, makes you discover or rediscover the visionary genius that is Leonardo da Vinci.

This exhibition highlights the avant-garde thinking of Leonardo da Vinci, who has been interested in painting as well as architecture, anatomy, botany, zoology and geology. Whatever his field of investigation, he has a deeply modern approach. His observational spirit allowed him to make fundamental discoveries, which were only taken up by researchers in the eighteenth century.
As part of this exhibition, models of machines made from Leonardo da Vinci’s drawings will be presented.
